The Oaks Educator Experience is a 1 ½ day immersion experience, designed with school communities in mind who are interested in learning more about The Oaks values and educational philosophy.

Journey with us as we examine the Oaks values: Personhood of the Child, Relationships Come First, Authentic Learning, and Catalyst for Renewal and the ways in which The Oaks endeavor to embed those values every day in small and big ways. From The Oaks educational philosophy, to student support and family engagement, to professional development and curriculum, and admissions and advancement, Oaks leadership team members lead discussions through each area of school life, with the invitation for you to consider the same principles through the lens of Knowing and Leading Your School and Others.
