We invite you to discern how many teachers within your community may benefit from The Oaks Educator Experience. We are happy to welcome up to four but recommend at least two teachers participate.

We request a materials fee of $500 per school community.

We defer this assessment of who attends to the school community. In the past, we have welcomed leaders and teachers of many different experience and responsibility levels.

Ahead of the retreat, we will send all participants access to The Compendium, an online resource that offers an overview of The Oaks Academy’s values. We will also offer access to two on-line videos, specific to teacher participants. The videos are each 45 minutes long, and we sense they offer a helpful foundation to the ideas we will discuss within the teacher gatherings.
