Shared learning among teachers from the same school environment seems to strengthen the individual and collective TRF experience. The TRF Leadership team recommends 2-3 teachers, of varied teaching tenures, per school participate.

A payment plan can be arranged for $1000 tuition. For qualifying schools, the program is also eligible for Title 2 funds.

Each gathering and content block builds on the next, which makes participation in each event essential. All dates for the 2023-2024 year are now confirmed to support a participant’s planning. 

The TRF Leadership team is intentional about including school leaders in the content their teachers are exploring through TRF. Time is also set aside and scheduled after every Cohort session with fellows and their school leader to reflect on their fellowship experiences to date.
