This fellowship has helped me see the potential in my students but also the potential in myself. It’s easy to lose sight of what you can do to change. TRF has given me hope that these things are possible. I am giving myself grace.

In some respects, I didn’t realize the joy that wasn’t there until the joy is there again. I didn’t realize how much renewal I needed. This has been great.

I loved seeing educational philosophy in the classrooms. I can now articulate my beliefs. It has challenged me and my strategies. It has helped me seek alignment.

It’s just really good to talk. It was refreshing to have adult conversations about things that matter. These things are important, things with teaching and for our kids. This was a renewal for me.

It’s been humbling and renewing to walk alongside people who are walking alongside you. We can say “I tried,” and I know I’m not there yet. We’re learning this together.
