Frequently Asked Questions

Our fellows come with varied levels of experience… some in their first year as Center Director, others in the role for 30+ years.  Our sense is that this variation in experience serves to enrich the fellowship journey for all involved.

The EEDF curriculum builds on itself making participation in each event essential. All dates for the 2022-2023 year are now confirmed to support a participant’s planning.

Fellows must attend 7 of the 10 fellowship events in order to graduate officially and formally from EEDF.

Homework assignments are related to class activities and require no more than 30 minutes of preparation before each session. A small few additional reading assignments take into account the ever present demands of a center director.

EEDF will be in its second year of existence for the 2022 – 23 fellowship year. Still, we’ve glimpsed evidence already that the shared experiences of the program have helped to establish enduring relationships that will continue to be nurtured through regular communication and participation in quarterly training programs open to all fellows within the Indiana Educator Fellowships network.
