The EEDF has been a great resource for feeling like “I'm not in this alone". There's a blessing in knowing that others are experiencing the same highs and lows that I do and they understand the whys behind doing what we do.

I have been given several concrete recommendations from EEDF learnings that I used to move forward as a leader to do the best for my staff, kiddos, and families.

Because of the workshop series, my staff has become more deeply rooted in the work we do with children daily.

The opportunity to come together as Directors/Owners/Educators from all walks and all communities helped me feel more established and garnered a sense of accomplishment that I was unaware I needed.

I felt reenergized and rejuvenated as an educator with new perspectives and tools to consider implementing. It truly was an experience that I believe is unmatched, and I hope it can continue to be offered for many more years to come.
