The Oaks Educator Experience is a day and a half long immersive experience, designed for educators, from and beyond the state of Indiana, who are interested in learning more about how The Oaks Academy values and educational philosophy live out in practice.

From The Oaks educational philosophy, to student support and family engagement, to professional development and curriculum, and admissions and advancement, Oaks leadership team members lead discussions through each area of school life, with the invitation for you to consider the same principles through the lens of Knowing and Leading Your School and Others.
