Frequently Asked Questions

Our fellows carry a host of titles, ranging from CEO and Head of School to the Director of Admissions. The common threads that connect the leaders – regardless of their tenure – is a growth mindset and a desire to expand their professional networks. We also welcome school founders.

School Leader Fellows are serving in public and private schools, covering grades PK-12, within a 3 hour radius of Indianapolis. The institutions are as diverse as the education community: innovation schools, classical schools, schools serving special needs, homeschool co-ops, and Montessori. We also count several school founders in our community.

A payment plan can be arranged for $1500 tuition. For qualifying schools, the program is also eligible for Title 2 funds.

The multi-tiered approach builds on each step, which makes participation in each event essential. All dates for the 2023-2024 year are now confirmed to support a participant’s planning.

Homework assignments are related to class activities and personal coaching sessions. Additional reading assignments take into account the ever present demands of a school leader.

Fellows complete three industry-leading Hogan assessments which provide insight into leadership strengths, potential derailers and core values. There are no additional fees charged for the reports or the personal debrief.

The shared experiences of the program help to establish enduring relationships that continue to be nurtured through regular communication and participation in quarterly training programs open to all fellows.
